With 8 Gigabit Ethernet High PoE ports (PoE +), the switch is ideally suited for connecting and powering of up to 7 cameras to a video surveillance system. Since all ports are designed as a PSE (Power sourcing Device) port, a media converter or a WiFi access point can be supplied with operating current by the uplink port.
